Common questions

When do I get paid?

Commissions become eligible for payout 30 days after the order is placed (this covers our refund window). Once eligible, we run payouts on a schedule we agree on with you.

What if the customer refunds?

Only the refunded order's commission is voided. Your other commissions from that customer stay intact.

Do I have to be a customer to become an affiliate?

No. Anyone can apply. If you are already a customer, your affiliate account uses the same login as your customer account.

Can I get a higher commission rate?

Yes. Once you are consistently sending real orders we can negotiate a custom rate. Message us from your affiliate dashboard.

What about spam or unsolicited promotion?

Spamming or misleading marketing gets your account terminated and any pending commissions voided. We only work with partners whose audiences want to hear from them.
