We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or any reason unrelated to damage or a shipping error on our end. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or contains the wrong product, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery so we can make it right. When you reach out, include:

• Your order number.
• A clear description of the issue.
• Photos of the outer packaging and the affected product, if damage is visible.

Our team will review your report and, when a resolution is warranted, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Refunds to the original payment method typically post within 3 to 7 business days after approval, though your bank may take longer to display them.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order at no cost before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Non Returnable Items

Opened products, used products, promotional items, and clearance items are never eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
