Kilonova Peptides ships from the United States. This page outlines how we process and deliver your order.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship within the United States, including outlying territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders confirmed and paid before the daily cutoff typically ship the same business day. Orders received after cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Options

Available carriers, shipping speeds, and rates are calculated live at checkout based on your address, order weight, and the level of service you choose. Free expedited shipping is available on qualifying orders over the threshold shown at checkout.

Delivery Times and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and begin after your order leaves our facility. Kilonova Peptides is not responsible for delays that occur after a package is in the carrier network, including weather delays, misroutes, or delivery attempts to an incorrect address you provided.

Signature Confirmation

Orders above a certain value require signature confirmation on delivery. You will be notified at checkout if signature confirmation applies to your order.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

Inspect your package on arrival. If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or contains the wrong product, contact us within 7 calendar days so we can address it under our Refund Policy.
